Rules

  1. check-in and reception
    guests can check in from 3:00 pm.
    each guest must present a valid identification document, as required by law.
    the balance of the stay is due at check-out, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    unregistered persons are not allowed inside the room.
  2. check-out
    check-out must take place by 12:00 pm.
    failure to respect the time will result, unless agreed otherwise with the director, in the charge of an additional night, subject to prior notice and availability.
  3. behavior rules
    guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, shared spaces, and during daily prayers.
    offensive language, loud noise at night, or any disruptive behavior will lead to immediate expulsion without refund.
  4. room cleaning and care
    rooms are cleaned daily between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
    guests are asked to handle furnishings and facilities with care. any damages will be charged to the responsible guest.
    bed and bath linens are changed every 3 days unless otherwise approved by the management.
  5. pool use (unsupervised)
    the pool is accessible from 8:00 am to 12:00 am.
    since there is no lifeguard, use of the pool is entirely at the guests’ own risk.
    diving, running along the edge, and large inflatable items are not allowed.
    children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
    no pets are allowed in the pool area, and food or glass containers are prohibited.
  6. smartphone use in guest rooms
    each guest room is equipped with a smartphone for guest use.
    these devices are provided for convenience and may include local information, contacts for hotel services, and useful apps.
    guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the phone.
    theft, damage, or loss of the device will result in a charge equivalent to its full replacement value.
    phones must be returned to their charging station at check-out.
  7. safety
    some common areas are monitored by security cameras.
    it is forbidden to tamper with electrical systems, fire alarms, or security devices.
    in case of emergency, follow evacuation instructions and contact staff immediately.
  8. smoking and other restrictions
    smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
    guests may not use personal appliances (heaters, stoves, irons, etc.).
    pets are only allowed upon request and with written authorization.
  9. lost and found
    lost items will be kept for 30 days. after this period, the management will proceed with disposal according to regulations.
    the hotel is not responsible for valuables not declared or not stored in safes, where available.
  10. damages, complaints, and liability
    the management disclaims responsibility for damage to property or persons resulting from guest negligence or force majeure.
    all complaints must be submitted in writing during the stay to ensure a timely response.
