reservations
With the confirmation of the reservation details by the customer, a reservation code shall be automatically generated. This reservation code should be referenced in all contacts with Sura.Mo.Management.
The Customer is fully responsible for possessing and-or obtaining the documents necessary to enter the country and/or locality of the Hotel or an airport during the booked trip.
For special tariffs for children, that vary, among other factors, based on age, the service renderer and travel dates, Sura.Mo.Management advises the customer to previously seek information before making a reservation.
Is no debt or any reimbursement to the customer for goods and-or services that, despite being placed at his/her disposal, the customer decides not to use.
At the date of booking by the customer, he-she can have access to discounts and special tariffs in the booking of a reservation, as long as the customer is fully entitled by the partner to access such benefits and correctly introduces the corresponding identification number. Sura.Mo.Management reserves the right to contact the partner to obtain confirmation of the applicability of benefits to a customer.
Sura.Mo.Management can post on the Site certain promotions and discountsin the reservations booked by the customer, that may have a specific time frame.
In case of cancelation or lack of use of a reservation made with a benefit, promotion or discount, the value of said benefit, promotion or discount, will not be returned nor does Sura.Mo.Management guarantee its reapplication on another reservation;
Sura.Mo.Management reserves the right to cancel or change at all times the benefits, promotions and Discounts unless previously agreed with the customer.
change of name
For any need regarding the change of the names of the reservation holders, the customer must write to reservation@darzaouia.com within 15 days from the date of check-in, after this deadline changes will not be accepted. If the variations are found to be not in accordance with what is expressed in these terms and conditions or contrary to the law of the Kingdom of Morocco Sura.Mo.Management will not accept the requested variation without that the customer can in any way claim compensation or refunds or coupons for future use of the credit.
accomodation
The specifications of the Riad and accommodation are those stated in the reservation. However, since the Riad photographs were not taken in the day the customer made the reservations, there may be non substantial differences between the photograph and reality.
The prices presented are for room and is automatically modulated by the number of guests that the customer enters at the time of booking.
Increasing the number of guests you may need to add an extra bed might have to be added that may not be as comfortable or as high quality as the other existing beds, reducing habitable area of the Accomodation. The same will occur with children’s beds.
The indicated price includes breakfast service, you can request dinner with the appropriate flag, in case nothing is referred in the reservation, the food regime does not include any meal. In the travels with food regimes that include meals, these do not include those that coincide with the duration of the flight, the transportation from and to the airport and time waiting for connection flights.
In case the customer presents him-herself with more people than those indicated in the reservation to use the accommodation, the Riad may refuse their entry and Sura.Mo.Management cannot be held responsible.
If there is a situation of overbooking (that is, more reservations than available accommodation) in the Riad of the accommodation reserved by the customer, he-she acknowledges and accepts that Sura.Mo.Management may place the customer in another room of same capacity or in another hotel or riad of the same category (in any case, it is assured that the quality of the accommodation made available is not inferior to the accommodation reserved by the customer), without additional costs to the customer. For that reason, the customer has no right to any indemnity.
The use of the accomodation is from 3 p.m. of the date of arrival and should be left cleared before 12 a.m. of the departure date (in both cases, at the local time of the Hotel).
In case the Customer does not arrive at the Hotel until 11:59 a.m. of the check-in date indicated in the proof of reservation, the Riad can disregard the reservation and sell the accommodation to third-parties, for this situation Sura.Mo.Management cannot be held accountable.
The customer should comply with the internal regulations of the Riad, if any, Sura.Mo.Management cannot be held accountable for damages incurred by the customer in consequence of its violation.
mobile phone in use to the customer
During your stay at the Dar Zaouia, you will be provided with a mobile phone smartphone with unlimited data consumption and international calls included. The customer is responsible for the improper use of the delivered equipment during the stay. For no use of this device during the use by the customer will be held responsible Sura.Mo.Management.
payment
The customer must pay the amount indicated in the reservation form as a requisite to be able to use the reservation.
For pay the reservation the customer should do so with a credit card of his-her own, within the list of issuing entities which Sura.Mo.Management collaborates with and is made available in the reservation form. Alternatively, in case the customer intends to pay the reservation only in the Riad, he-she can do in the terms permitted by the Riad. Notwithstanding, your credit card information will always be requested by Sura.Mo.Management when booking a reservation of the web site, for guarantee of reservation.
cancellation of booking
if the customer has made a non-refundable reservation will lose the entire amount paid, it will be at Sura.Mo.Management’s discretion to grant the customer a coupon for using the total or partial amount of the original booking.
If the customer has made a refundable reservation, he can cancel the booking ef=fettuat%a in the following ways:
- before 30 days from the date of check-in with no penalty
- within 30 days from the date of arrival with a penalty equal to 30% of the sum paid for the entire reservation
- at the beginning of the 15th day before the arrival date with a penalty equal to 100% of the amount paid for the entire reservation
It will be at the discretion of Sura.Mo.Management to give the customer a coupon for using the total or partial amount of the original reservation.
inability to provide service
If Sura.Mo.Management cannot perform any, and such impossibility is not attributable to Sura.Mo.Management, it should notify the customer immediately thereof. In case the Customer does not answer to the notice sent by Sura.Mo.Management, such silence will be deemed as an agreement to the change.
complaints
For a complaint to be analyzed by Sura.Mo.Management, it needs to be participated by the customer to the service renderer during the course of the stay, and the Customer must obtain the documents that prove the occurrence.
viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
